- 1. All items are subject to availability and if your item is unavailable we will substitute with an alternate brand.
- 2. A 20% cancellation fee will result if your order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your delivery.
- 3. A US$15 service fee will apply for orders with less than 24 hours notice
- 4. All orders will be subject to a 15% service fee of total grocery bill for our services provided along with a delivery fee.
- 5. Monday – Saturday :
- All orders must be sent by 5pm in order to guarantee same day delivery.
Sunday :
- All orders must be sent in by 10am in order to guarantee same day delivery.
- 6. Due to local stores being closed on some holidays we require you to order your groceries in advance to guarantee delivery on a holiday or before.
